Godfrey Cambridge 3The Presidents AnalystPopular as a comedian and actor in the late 60's and early 70's, Godfrey Cambridge was sent to study medicine on a scholarship before he got the acting bug. Appearing in on and off-Broadway productions first, he later hit Hollywood to star in such memorable films as The Presidents Analyst with James Coburn and carrying the leading role in The Watermelon Man. A popular Las Vegas comedian, he was also a favored guest on many talk shows like Merv Griffen. Dying young at 43, it is often believed his yo-yo dieting habits contributed to the cause.
