Ice Fanatsy Showgirl

Native Las Vegan Tracy Vaccaro is proof that girls grow up fast in Vegas. This photograph was taken when she was sixteen years old (with her mother's permission) for a series of bus and cab signs for the Hacienda Hotels "Ice Fantasy" show. The cab signs were so popular that they actually began disappearing off the cabs as people purloined them for their own collections. Although Tracy was trained as a dancer, because of a knee injury her dance career was shortlived. Instead she became a Playboy centerfold in October 1983 and did some film and television.
