Picture Caption - This famed "Ice Fantasy" photo was Tracy Vaccaro's first modeling job at 16. She was trained as a dancer from the age of six, but her dancing career ended abruptly with a knee injury. She went on to become Playboy's "Playmate of the Month" in October 1983. She has appeared in films and television with her most famous role as "the legs' in "The Man Who Loved Women" starring Burt Reynolds.
