IN THE NEWS January 20, 1978  FINN FUN Returns to Union Plaza where Mickey Finn has always packed houses with a variety of sensational entertainment. Then there is a guy over at the Silver Bird Hotel & Casino that looks, sings and talks like the "King" Elvis Presley. His name is Johnny Harra and even Bobby Norris, onetime conductor for Elvis thinks he's great. Bobby, who conducts Harra's show, says it gives him goosebumps watching Harra perform as Elvis. There are two musical styles playing out on the Las Vegas Hilton stage, with John Davidson and Roger Miller on a double bill.

Cover Girl Caption  DYNAMIC DUO - The super star team of Raquel Welch and Burt Bacharach are such a hit in the Celebrity Theatre of the MGM Grand Hotel that they have been held over 'til January 29th. Raquel in her first Las Vegas appearance in some time is as talented and beautiful as ever.
