Marsha MainesVegas Visitor 5/6/76IN THE NEWS May 6, 1976 - Of course 1976 was the countries big 200th birthday and Las Vegas was not going to be left out. "Hooray '76" at the Flamingo is produced by Tibor Rudas and showcases his "living screen" and acrobatic dancers. A film plays on a huge screen while dancers go from the film to the stage back to the film. It was quite spectacular and as they say in the article "punctuated with female pulchritude". Yes, pulchritude. That's a word you are not likely to ever hear beyond Las Vegas. Marsha Maines |
