Angelique Pettyjohn

"This photo was taken at the ruins of the old burnt down El Rancho Vegas Hotel, at the corner of the Las Vegas strip and Sahara Ave , (across from the famous Sahara Hotel). We had only briefly met before. Angelique was driving her old dilapidated VW bug painted psychedelic with big fish (she was a Pisces). We only had a short time to get the shot required for the Visitor cover so we jumped out of our respective cars in the heat and she quickly revealed much more than needed for the sexy cover photo. Her charm, professionalism and graceful enthusiasm led to a long and fruitful relationship of mutual respect, both as friends and collaborators. Over the years we did many shootings together, from Playboy magazine layouts to Star Trek posters. She will always be remembered and cherished.
