IN THE NEWS August 28, 1970   -The Supremes appear the for the first time without Diana Ross in the Frontier Hotel's Music Hall, produced by Frank Sennes. Comic genius George Carlin appears with them and comedienne Joan Rivers appears down the street at the Riviera with singing great Ed Ames. The new show of the "Lido de Paris" revue at the Stardust is it's eighth edition since the first smash hit when the hotel opened in 1958.

Karen welcomes all guests registering at the Flamingo. Karen was the 1969 "Miss Nevada Universe" and was a finalist in the "Miss U.S.A." pageant.
