IN THE NEWS July 12, 1974  - SHIRLEY'S Las Vegas nightclub debut is this week at the MGM Grand Hotel. MacLaine's musical revue "If They Could See Me Now" is a one woman show and has already drawn Hollywood luminaries like Goldie Hawn, Candy Bergen, Michael Caine and Roddy McDowell to the opening. The Osmond family (including 16 yr old Donny & 14 yr old Marie) are playing at the Tropicana's Superstar Theatre for three weeks. That's Bobby Douglas and the Conspiracy in the photo at the bottom, returning to the Royal Lounge at the Four Queens Hotel & Casino.

Cover Girl Caption  GLITTER GIRLS - Ravishing, raven-haired Maria Alberici and her equally lovely sister Linda are two reasons why the Golddiggers are considered to be the most beautiful all-girl troupe in show business. Currently appearing at the Thunderbird Hotel with Bobby Goldsboro, the Alberici sisters are both gifted singers and dancers. Maria is also a talented composer, having written more than 30 tunes. Linda is a former Miss Maryland.
