Hosted by Joan Rivers who has been the official Queen of the Ball for 5 years. Among the luminary co-judges of the costumes are Ann-Margret, Charo, Bernadette Peters, Juliet Prowse, Susan Anton and Lola Falana.

Ever since her father told her how the planets effected the crops on their mid-western farm, Carina has been interested in astrology. Her interest in dancing only came after reaching Las Vegas two years ago. "One exercises my mind- the other my body." That's staying in shape.
