IN THE NEWS September 14, 1979   - Double doubles fill the entertainment venue at the MGM Grand, with Captain and Tennile heading up the Celebrity Room and the John Monteith and Suzanne Rand comedy team opening for them. The Sahara has split the bill and is is featuring Tennessee Ernie Ford, Patty Page and Skiles & Henderson for the dinner show and Buddy Hackett and Peter Marshall doing the midnight show.

Cover Girl Caption  LITHE & LOVELY - Christine DiSimone studied with the Pittsburgh Ballet Company and was a Steelerette cheerleader before moving to Las Vegas. Now Christine uses her dynamic dancing talents in the Marina Hotel's "Bare Touch of Vegas", where you can catch her Sunday through Wednesday at 10 & 12 or Friday and Saturday at 8 & 10 pm or midnight.
