IN THE NEWS August 31, 1979  "Mr Zany", Rip Taylor is back at the Sahara Casbar Lounge after appearing in his own NBC-TV series "The $1.98 Beauty Show", and country boy Glen Campbell appears at the Riviera with Bernadette Peters and the ever popular "Hallelujah Hollywood" still lights up the stage at the MGM Grand.

Vegas Visitor Caption  9 1/2 - Lovely Linda Tomasello, on a scale from one to ten, is definitely a 9 1/2 (cause there ain't no tens). A Scorpio from Beverly Hills, Linda prefers Las Vegas because her favorite pastimes are horsebacking and sunbathing. A model by profession, Linda has done numerous foreign magazine assignments and is now working with our very own photographer on some special projects.
