IN THE NEWS February 5, 1982  - The 5th Dimension opens at the Fountain Theatre at the Tropicana Hotel, marking the first time in seven years there has been star entertainment in the room. Crystal Gayle (Loretta Lynn's baby sister) is back at the MGM Grand singing her gigantic cross-over hit "Don't It Make My Brown Eyes Blue" while Lynette Chappel assists Siegfried & Roy in their UNBELIEVABLE show at the Frontier Hotel.
