Playboy Japan April 1987

The photo here is of the actual magazine so you can see pretty much what condition it is in, which is excellent. Most of these foreign editions have only been handled once when we got them in the mail, so the pages inside are all intact and like new.

Funny story about Japanese Playboys. They did not allow pubic hair to show in their issues, so that meant that photographers tried to take shots that covered it, such as a prop or clothing. At one time the magazines were just printed and sent to Japan, where the Japanese took care of covering that part of every single photo with black...by hand! Time consuming and labor intensive, to say the least. The funny part is, they hired women and kids to do the retouching!-TH
