Mr Showmanship
Wladziu "Walter" Valentino Liberace officially changed his name to simply Liberace in 1950. His musical talent and outrageous costumes spread his fame worldwide. A Las Vegas mainstay, Liberace lived in the 'entertainment capital' and created the Liberace Museum there in 1979, which is still a 'must see' for fans today.

Sadly, the Liberace Museum is no more. A sign of the economic times, the Museum closed in 2010.
